290 owners check your fishbox hatches

290 owners may want to check the lids on their in deck fishboxes. Found a fair bit of rot in mine and a soft spot. The 3 inch latches were not bed at all and the core was exposed letting water wick into the panels.

Best to stop it before it happens if possible.
